Family

My family supports me unquestionably, and I choose to introduce them to you because I simply wouldn't be here without them!

Kevin & Rebel
My fiancé - what can I say? I love him!
(that would be Kevin... Rebel is my 6yr Paint gelding)

Baby
A very sleepy 140+ lb English Mastiff.

Maria & Jasmine (Jassy)
Maria is Kevin's little sister (and almost mine). She currently takes horseback riding lessons and accompanies me to the rescue Another Chance 4 Horses on weekends.
Jassy (my 5 month sheltie) looks like a collie...however, as my sister Samantha so aptly put it, she's more like a collie on speed.

Dad
On my (small) boat with his (very small) catch of the day... what a pretty fish!

Samantha
My two sisters and I butt heads...a lot... but we'd do just about anything for each other! Meet my younger sister, Samantha.

From left to right: Amber, Mom, Savannah, Grandma
Four generations! My sister Amber is holding my doll-baby niece (her daughter) Savannah. Mom (Amy Arnold) & Gram (Jean Swinebroad) complete the family tree in this photo.

Mason
My nephew on his 2nd birthday...this kid was not going to let go of that ball.

From left to right: Marcus Jr, Kevin, Marcus (Dad), Giovanni
Four generations! Nope, just kidding...two generations here. Had you for a minute there, though, didn't I? I managed to snag a quick shot of my fiance and his/my brothers (little Marcus, Giovanni) and father (Marcus) one Thanksgiving.

Tina (Mom) & Montego Bay
Tina is Kevin's mother.. She is an accomplished artist - we help motivate each other! In the first photo, Selena (daughter of Rick & Christy at AC4H) is leading Maria on Donkey. Montego Bay (with Tina) is a permanent resident at the rescue.

Piper
She doesn't look freakishly smart, does she? She is. She is freakishly smart and sneaky. She's also very affectionate, and is somewhat like a dog in that she chose me to be "her person.".

Beastie & Boo
When I made a gift of the former, my fiance wanted to call him "Beast" but decided he wasn't big enough...hence the name. Boo (Peek-a-boo) actually belongs to my mother and father now - both are "rescued" barn kittens.
(We were trying to figure out for the longest time why it looked like a critter had been roosting in our plants.)
